International lecture Series on "Historical Approaches to Understand East Africa From 18^th to 20^th Century"

The Department of African Studies organised an International lecture series on "Historical-Approaches-to-Understand-East-Africa-From-18^th-to-20^th-Century" as a part of the celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav to commemorate the 75^th year of Indian independence on 1^st September 2023. The key note speaker for the event was Prof. (Dr.) Adhya Bharti Saxena, Department of History, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. The lecture was attended by the students of Masters, M.phil and Ph.D. The event was organised under the able guidance of the Head of the Department, Dr.Gajendra Singh and the convenors, Dr.Rashmi Kapoor, Dr. Sandipani Dash and Dr. Manish Karamwar.
